Job Description

This position is a supervisor role, you will be monitoring roughly around 40-50 employees as well with scheduling, training and coaching, Ensuring all airline are completed in a timely manner. Must have Airline Food catering Experience !!

Essential Functions

• Ensures compliance with all Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP)
• Department employee schedules for training employee on airline standards for equipment liquor
• Equipment and Liquor set up per airline Galley Plans ( GLP)
• Daily employee briefing on updates, customer feedback, etc.
• Responding to email and taking corrective action on customer complaints.
• Ensure all FFG items used on airlines are communicated to billing department daily.
• Ensure all information on time and attendance be communicated to Payroll and HR daily.
• Implementing a good requisition system for airline material from the warehouse.
• Ensuring all airline cages and spaces are well organize and stocked at all time.
• Must comply with uniform / dress code
• Supervise daily operations of the equipment setup employees
• Notifies manager of maintenance issues and repair problems in the equipment
• Ensure equipment crew is trained
• Audit all equipment room and food safety training programs to ensure compliance
• Prepares reports on inspections, corrects deficiencies and implements action steps
• Monitors employee's performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time exempt position in a 24 / 7 / 365 work environment.
