Accountant

We are seeking a Accountant with a strong analytical mindset to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling complex accounting challenges. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and execute month-end close processes , ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a new software implementation (prior UAT experience not required).
• Assist with process improvements and contribute to system enhancements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00 / hr.
