[job_card.job_description]You will choose your sales route with an average of 12-15 appointments per day (all leads are provided) Work with a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc. During each appointment, you will... Build rapport with decision maker Walk through a unit to assess opportunities Educate on our services and book repairs On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups Work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work Ten-minute check-in with the Owner Strong rapport skills and persistence Strong written and verbal communication skills Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record Professional, caring and service-minded No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed. Training will be provided. We offer an annual trip to Surface Experts corporate for sales training from world-class experts Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations Enjoys working with people Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve Earning the trust with our Customers Working within a sales team and process Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice Documenting sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between Reporting accurately and weekly Brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities General working knowledge of property and / or construction industry Experience using CRM tool and process Experience working in base + commission environment Access to a dedicated Support Center for client management assistance Quality leads and a powerful CRM tool to help you succeed All leads are provided, and you have the freedom to choose your sales appointments and schedule Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill. Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours. To establish and lead a nationally recognized market for surface repair as an alternative to replacement or complete refinishing. Our goal is to be represented in every major metropolitan area and for our brand to be synonymous with spot repair among all facilities and maintenance management.
