Security Officer - Unarmed Defense Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Defense Patrol Driver in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves delivering outstanding customer service, clear communication, and supporting a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Pay Rate : $19.99 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeSat07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PMSun07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor for unusual activity and report observations according to site protocols.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management.
  • Assist with access control, verifying credentials as required by site procedures.
  • Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and providing guidance to others as needed.
  • Document security-related incidents and maintain accurate records as required by the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
