Responsibilities

The SAP FICO Lead (Remote) will :

  • Oversee the module and drive & participate in business discussions; provide recommendations, solutions in various processes
  • Lead onshore and offshore teams and work with them to address customer concerns
  • Independently handle the accounts / projects either implementations or support engagements
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications :

  • 8+ years SAP Experience
  • Experience with 3-5 Full Life cycle implementations
  • Experience with a minimum of 1 S / 4HANA implementation
  • Strong Finance and Accounting Skills
  • Experience in Financial Global, New GL, AR, AP, Bank Accounting, Asset Management, Cost Center and Profitability Accounting, and Product Costing
  • Experience as a Finance Team Lead and delivering the full or near full FICO scope
  • Proficient in facilitating Fit / Gap workshops and directing clients to define requirements
  • Proficient in the development of design and functional specification documents
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized

    • Desired Skills :

  • Experience in the Consumer Products industry
  • Experience in the Life Sciences industry (Pharma, BioTech, Med Device)
  • Experience and capable of speaking with C-level executives
  • Experience with Revenue Recognition, Group Reporting, Collection Management, Dispute Management
  • Knowledge in cross module functionality and processes
  • Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third party systems (Banks, FP&A, Concur, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
