Location: Remote – Travel Required (50%)

Pay Rate: ~ +/- $65–$80/hour (W2) | Per diem available

Selectek is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager – Tank Integrity Engineer to support a confidential Oil & Gas partner. This is a high-impact, remote role requiring subject matter expertise in tank cleaning and repairs to lead out-of-service service projects as part of a national integrity program.
This role includes up to 50% domestic travel to various job sites (short trips, a few days at a time). The successful candidate will help ensure all work meets regulatory standards, company compliance, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and develop project scopes and accurate cost estimates
• Lead and manage tank integrity projects, providing direction to both internal and third-party teams
• Ensure design, construction, and execution meet all regulatory, safety, and company compliance standards
• Coordinate project schedules and deliverables to meet internal deadlines
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while overseeing safety and environmental performance
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders through written and verbal communication
• Oversee project financials, including monthly cash flow forecasting and budget tracking
• Maintain project documentation to support regulatory and internal compliance audits

Qualifications:

• Direct experience managing tank projects (cleaning, repair, inspection, or similar)
• Proven leadership as a Project Manager within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Midstream industry
• Deep understanding of tank integrity regulations and safety standards
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams
• Comfortable traveling up to 50% (domestic, 2–3 days at a time)
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available)

• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm
