Residential Solar Installer

Job description :

• Perform installations including rooftop / and or ground mounted PV arrays
• Candidate must have experience in flat and tilt mounted rail systems along with top mount and shared rail systems
• Must have experience in roof wiring, grounding and installing micro inverters
• Perform construction of ground mount structure and rail system
• Work must be completed according to plan requirements
• Must maintain a clean and safe working environment and have an attention to detail
• Must have a clean, professional appearance and be able to communicate with customers
• JOB REQUIREMENTS :
• Candidate must have a minimum 6 months of PV experience and be familiar with NEC requirements related to PV installs
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Must have clean driving record, provide own transportation and have appropriate tools
• Candidate will be asked to provide references and be able to verify work history
• Must be comfortable working on 2+ story roofs and be able to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Must be familiar with OSHA and personal fall safety equipment
• Must be well organized and able to meet aggressive timelines
• Willing and able to work in extreme environments such as; extreme heat / cold, direct sunlight for extended periods, attics and crawl spaces
