Job Description

DET Beverages is Now Hiring Local CDL-A Drivers in Nashville, TN!

\nEarn Up to $90,000 Your First Year

  • Weekends Off

  • Local deliveries - Home daily

    • \n\t

  • Earn up to $90,000 in your first year

    • \n\t

  • Shift : 1st shift, full-time, Monday-Friday (weekends off)

    • \n\t

  • Start time : 2 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 AM

    • \n\t

  • Benefits : medical (default plan free to employees, spouse, and dependents). Dental and Vision (available first of the month following 30 days of employment)

    Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited to :

    \n\n \n\t

  • The Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle

    • \n\t

  • As a Class A Driver, you must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts

    • \n\t

  • You will securely operate powered industrial trucks and / or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and / or hand truck

    • \n\t

  • Additionally, you will pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork

    • \n\t

  • Other duties as assigned

    • \n \n\n

    Required Skills and Experience :

    \n\n \n\t

  • Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License

    • \n\t

  • 1+ years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military is preferred, but we’ll consider less

    • \n\t

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

    • \n\t

  • Prior touch freight experience is highly desired

    • \n\t

  • Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 170 lbs.
