Linux System Administrator (Service Desk)

Basic Qualifications

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a specialized area; or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Clearance Requirements:

Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a Polygraph is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, citizenship is required.

Role and Position Objectives:

Join our team as a Linux Systems Administrator (Service Desk) for Space, Cyber and Intelligence Systems! You'll work with a diverse team managing enterprise systems, specialized Linux OS, cross-domain solutions, and boundary devices.

What You’ll Experience:

• Hands-on work with RedHat Linux, system/server builds, and advanced troubleshooting
• Engaging with cross-domain and boundary device solutions
• Providing top-notch customer service
• Managing enterprise-level solutions and re-imaging workstations, servers, and peripherals

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong experience with Red Hat LINUX command line administration
• Proficiency in OS and hardware/software troubleshooting
• Ability to apply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and address vulnerabilities
• Preference for Network administration experience
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
