Key Responsibilities
Contact insurance companies for status on outstanding claims and process appeals
Maintain and audit accounts receivable, ensuring a high accuracy rating
Identify trends and communicate findings to leadership while meeting productivity standards
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years of professional or healthcare experience preferred
1-3 years of accounts receivable experience preferred
Basic math skills and understanding of medical terminology
Advanced knowledge of insurance processing and guidelines
