Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and personable Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role demands a professional who is organized, efficient, and skilled at multitasking, as you will be responsible for managing a range of administrative and clerical duties. As the Office Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for both clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room bookings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment such as printers and copiers.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times.
