• Operate earthmoving equipment for trenching, excavation, and backfill. Including various excavators, mini-excavators, loaders, and related
• Perform precise excavation around live utilities, by using our safety rules and Miss Utility guidelines.
• Assist with trench preparation, pipe installation, backfill, and site cleanup when not operating equipment.
• Follow trench safety, shoring, and barricading standards at all times.
• Communicate clearly regarding instructions prior to work. Use spotters and crew members
• Support general labor, excavation and other site tasks as assigned.
• Become familiar with our company safety manual and with OSHA safety standards.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavation or heavy construction equipment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience for CDL drivers (manual transmission)
• Proven ability to perform precision excavation near utilities and structures.
• Knowledge of trench safety, shoring, and excavation best practices.
• Must have a good & valid driver’s license and to be able to pass security to work on military bases
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions and lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and drug-free.

Our work is (local) within 5 to 50 miles from the business and home every-day. Our job description (commercial and residential) varies from clearing, installing driveways, to hauling our materials, to site preparations including building pads, water / sewer lines and storm structures to building ponds. Great starting pay based on experience. Benefits include 40 hours personal leave, 40-hour vacation after 1 year for full time. Paid holidays (6), uniforms and jackets provided.
