Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage omnichannel campaigns and content tailored to customer needs
Analyze data to inform campaign strategies and optimize customer outreach
Support the creation of campaign plans, A / B testing, and segmentation strategies
Required Qualifications
Experience in developing content for multichannel campaigns or websites
Familiarity with data analysis to guide decision-making processes
Experience working on large-scale or program-level projects, preferably for government
Ability to manage workload independently and proactively
Understanding of human-centered design principles and best practices
