POSITION SUMMARY
The Home Study Post-Release (HSPRS) Program Director is responsible for the development, operational implementation, managerial, and administrative duties related to the program which includes delivery, and supervision of all aspects of the HSPRS program in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner. The Program Director is responsible for all aspects of supervising the workforce providing home study (HS) and post release services (PRS) leading, managing, and overseeing the home studies and post-release services for UC. They will work closely with HSPRS caseworkers, families, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful transition of children into their new homes. This position requires someone with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The HSPRS Program Director will also need to have a deep understanding of ORR policies and procedures regarding HSPRS services and child welfare policies and be able to navigate complex systems. This position oversees staff and office locations in Arizona, California, Texas, Illinois, and New York.
