Job Description

Responsibilities
Utilize hand tools to assemble various medical devices throughout the day.
Perform assembly work under a microscope and be cross-trained at different stations.
Handle blades, cutters, microscopes, and maneuver small components and parts.
Work efficiently in a full clean room environment.
Essential Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Great hand dexterity.
Ability to understand measurements with rulers and calipers.
Capability to lift 25 pounds regularly.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work overtime.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prefer 6 months or more experience in medical assembly or other forms of manufacturing / assembly, but open to entry-level candidates.
Experience with microscopes and cleanroom environments is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a full clean room environment at a Medical Device Company. Adhere to strict hygiene protocols, including wearing hairnets, gowns, and booties. Wash hands each time before entering the cleanroom. The following are not allowed : nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrances (perfume or cologne), henna tattoos, and pants with holes. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25 / hr.
