Key Responsibilities
Supervise sales engineers for product demos, training, and customer setup
Monitor and ensure professionalism in sales calls and responses to RFIs and RFPs
Recruit, motivate, and track team performance to achieve sales objectives
Required Qualifications
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
5+ years of experience in managing pre-sales and post-sales operations for SaaS or cloud-based products
Strong understanding of B2B customer relationship management
Technical aptitude to understand and explain software products across various platforms
Solid references from previous managers or supervisors
