Required Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in custom software development or agency services
Hands-on experience in building and leading a sales team in a software services environment
Proven track record of scaling revenue from ~$3M to $10M+ annually
Deep understanding of mobile app development trends and project lifecycles
Solid CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for managing and forecasting pipeline
