Overview
Job Summary: Responsible for daily housekeeping services as assigned, using procedures as outlines by the hospital or service organization. During the absence of the supervisor, assumes those responsibilities in addition to regular assignments.
Job Responsibilities:
Performs discharge cleaning process in inpatient rooms and prepares room for next admission.
Performs routine cleaning activities in inpatient, public and common areas using prescribed, established cleaning process.
Assumes supervisor responsibilities in the absence of supervisor.
Keeps equipment clean and functional according to procedure and reports defects to supervisor.
Boone Health has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 2 years
Supervisor Experience: No experience
Licenses & Certification: None Required
