What You’ll Do
As a Production Assembler, you’ll play a key role in building our metal enclosures and industrial power systems. Your work helps power major industries across the country.
In this role, you will :
Assemble mechanical components for industrial systems
Work with sheet metal and metal enclosures
Use hand and power tools (drills, tape measures, screwdrivers, impact tools, etc.)
Follow blueprints and work closely with your teammates
Move, lift, bend, and stand throughout the workday
Occasionally work inside units approximately 8 feet tall
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills
Hands-on experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing
Comfortable using hand & power tools
Ability to read and follow blueprints
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Nice-to-Have
Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with sheet metal
Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Work Environment
You’ll be working in a large, open-bay industrial production facility with multiple assembly stations. The floor is not climate‑controlled, but large ceiling fans help keep air circulating. Safety is our top priority — safety shoes, glasses, and ear protection are required in designated areas. The environment includes noise from CNC machinery and general manufacturing equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 / hr.
