SUMMARY OF POSITION

As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding our team to meet restaurant goals through the effective implementation of policies, procedures, and performance standards. Your leadership will ensure our guests experience :

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

You will report directly to the General Manager or the Manager on duty, collaborating with all levels of personnel within the restaurant and interacting with guests and suppliers.

POSITION ACTIVITIES AND TASKS

In this role, you will :

  • Ensure all menu items are prepared and presented properly in a clean and sanitary manner, according to established procedures and health regulations.
  • Be prepared to assist in all positions as needed during busy times.
  • Prepare for shifts by planning, inspecting, and anticipating challenges, while effectively communicating expectations with staff.
  • Lead each shift with positivity, motivation, and adaptability, especially during peak times, while maintaining service and food quality standards.
  • Evaluate the shift’s performance and ensure readiness for the next service, reporting any issues regarding employee performance or guest satisfaction to management.
