Manager - Transaction Services

Location : Remote

An M&A Advisory firm is seeking a highly motivated Manager to join our Transaction Services team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in audit and a proven track record in transaction advisory, looking to take the next step in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across a variety of industries
  • Analyze target company financials, quality of earnings, working capital, debt and debt-like items, and other key deal metrics
  • Prepare and present client deliverables including reports, presentations, and executive summaries
  • Manage day-to-day engagement execution, including supervising associates and senior associates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, valuation, and restructuring
  • Support business development efforts through proposal writing, pitch preparation, and relationship building

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in external audit (Big 4 or equivalent)
  • 2-3 years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services or Financial Due Diligence
  • CPA required
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and M&A processes
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
