As a Staff Program Manager, you'll oversee the delivery and performance of our Programs and Services, while building strong customer relationships. From program inception to delivery and beyond, you'll manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and ensure projects stay on track. You will have an opportunity to partner with cross-functional groups to ensure a successful delivery of our IFE products and services. Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage design installation and development processes from program inception to product delivery
• Prepare and analyze data to understand program progress and financial contributions
• Understand programs' cost justification, recommend priorities and generate schedules
• Drive project schedule and adjust execution strategies for on-time delivery
• Daily management of programs and proactively identify areas of opportunities and risks
• Represent the company in customer meetings and provide management with insights
