Job Summary and Responsibilities

The BNI Faculty Physician provides medical services within the scope of their licensing, training, and clinical privileges, and supervises and teaches residents and/or fellows as indicated.

Job Requirements

Required:

• MD or DO degree.

• Successful completion of a residency program.

• AZ MD License

• Board qualifed or certified

• Credentialed SJHMC

• Membership in appropriate professional associations and societies

Pay Range

$166,000 - $600,00 /year
