Join a clean, modern, temperature‑controlled facility where you’ll be trained, supported, and set up for success. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and wants a long-term career in manufacturing.

Available Shifts (with differentials)

  • 1st Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
  • 2nd Shift : 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM (+10% differential)
  • 3rd Shift : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM (+15% differential)

What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Machine Operator, you’ll learn to run and monitor production equipment to keep operations running smoothly. Daily tasks include :

  • Setting up and operating machinery after training
  • Monitoring product quality and ensuring it meets specifications
  • Completing simple production paperwork
  • Entering data into basic computer systems (SAP experience is a plus but not required)
  • Following safety and quality standards (ISO, TQM, EH&S)

  • Prior industrial, warehouse, or production experience preferred (but not required)
  • Ability to distinguish colors for material identification

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Grafton, MA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
