About the Role :

Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) with flexible hours that fit your lifestyle! We are dedicated to providing compassionate care to our clients in Brooklyn, NY, and we need passionate individuals like you to help make a difference.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Administer medication and monitor clients' health as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document care services and report any changes in clients' conditions to supervisors.
  • Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols.

    • Requirements :

  • Valid HHA or PCA certification in New York State.
  • Previous experience in home health care or a related field required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between clients' homes.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Background check clearance and references required.

    Compensation : $19.10 - $22.00 per hour
