Job : Business Development Representative (B2B Sales – Staffing Industry)

Location : Lowell, MA (On-site with travel across Greater Boston & Southern NH) Please, local candidates only

Compensation : $60K–$68K base + uncapped monthly commission

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • Spend at least 25% of your time on the road meeting prospects (no overnight travel)
  • Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation → presentations → negotiations → closing
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client needs are met
  • Represent WSS at networking events, trade shows, and business expos
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales goals

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of recent B2B sales experience (staffing industry not required)
  • Proven success in cold calling and new business development
  • Hunter mentality : self-motivated, persistent, and driven to win
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to commute daily to Lowell, MA and travel locally to clients
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a background check and clear driving record
