We offer a 1st Year Bonus of $24,000, and in 2025, our 12,000 agents earned an average of $124,000.

Your salary will be based on performance and includes benefits such as healthcare, dental, vision, a 401(k), and a pension.

Compensation :

$70,000 - $124,800 at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

• Support your portfolio of clients to uphold their financial plans
• Engage with the local community to educate individuals about our financial products and services
• Acquire knowledge of effective prospecting techniques
• Broaden your professional network using established name-gathering methods
• Participate in training sessions and skill development programs
• Maintain active Life and Health Licenses in North Carolina
• Obtain additional licenses like SIE, S6 or S7, & S63 to expand your business opportunities
• Collaborate with businesses, families, and individuals
