Requirements Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center is looking for a Hospitalist OB that will cover the dates for both Boise and Nampa locations!Schedule : Night float Sun-Thurs 7p-7a in-house every other monthFri-Sun 7a-7p whole weekend in-house not requiredDates Needed Coverage : Provider must be available to cover ALL dates at both locations1 / 23 amp 1 / 25 - BOISE2 / 24 - 2 / 26 - night shift 7p-7a3 / 15 - 3 / 17 - NAMPA - night shift 7p-7a 3 / 19 - 3 / 22 - NAMPATravel Requirements : Flights - 750 / round trip cap to include all taxes and feesLodging - 179 / night cap for hotels to include all taxes and fees. Preferred Lodging : Candlewood Suites Boise - Towne Square an IHG Hotel.Rental Car - To be reimbursed by facility not to be used with personal car / mileage reimbursement. 50 / day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class.
