We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily operations at Everly at Meridian Hills, a well‑maintained apartment community located in a quiet, established neighborhood near Meridian Kessler. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who excels in team management, resident relations, and property performance.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the apartment community

Lead and supervise on‑site staff

Oversee leasing, renewals, and resident relations

Monitor rent collections, occupancy, and retention

Coordinate maintenance operations and service standards

Manage budgets and ensure Fair Housing compliance

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Community Manager experience in multifamily housing

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Knowledge of leasing, budgeting, and Fair Housing regulations
