Key Responsibilities
Review, prepare, and process physical and electronic records for civil litigation
Extract and archive files from various media and deliver records to clients
Maintain internal databases and collaborate with the billing department for accurate invoicing
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office
General understanding of medical or legal records preferred
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Familiarity with written depositions and the deposition process is a plus
