[job_card.job_description]Define and implement test strategy, test plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements. Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities across functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT phases. Coordinate and supervise QA teams (onsite / offshore) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Drive test automation initiatives and ensure CI / CD integration with automated test suites. Manage defect triage, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution. Create and validate test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and requirement traceability. Review and validate test scenarios created by QA teams. Track and report QA metrics such as test coverage, defect density, and pass xx to stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Project Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers to align testing activities with project goals. Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and compliance requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 6 years of QA experience (manual and automation). Minimum 2 years in a QA lead or managerial role. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile / Scrum, and DevOps practices. Experience with test management and automation tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Postman, TestNG, Cucumber, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. Hands-on experience testing APIs, web applications, and third-party integrations. Familiarity with SQL and data validation testing. Exposure to performance testing tools. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the payments domain or with payment gateway systems. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
