Job Title: RN - Emergency Room (ED)
Job Location: Amarillo, TX
Job Duration: 3 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: 3 x12s nights
Job Summary:

• The ED is a fast paced environment that treats every type of patient.
• The ED nurses manage critical care skills such as medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion of blood and chest tubes.
• Patients range from urgent care (simple procedures) psych, pediatric and critical care/trauma patients.
• Coordinates and delivers care to patients with complex nursing care needs to ensure the highest level of safety and quality while promoting a positive patient experience.

Education, Licensure & Certifications:

• NIHSS, TNCC, BLS, PALS & ACLS - Required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district - Required.
• ER Experience - Required: 3 Years.
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program - Required.
• BSN - Highly desired.
• Client Experience Required.
