Client will interview either via phone or face to face

Dress Code : Solid color scrubs & closed-toe shoes

Pay Rate : $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Assignment Duration : Ongoing / Indefinite

Client Requirement : Must have their own reliable transportation and be available to work the full shifts each day that they are scheduled. Client will not tolerate frequent call outs / late arrivals / leave early requests.

Schedule :   Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (10am-6pm with a 1-hour lunch from 2 : 30pm-3 : 30pm) - 21 hours per week

DESCRIPTION : As a Field Laboratory Representative, you will be a critical part of the quantitative drug testing analysis performed by our client. You will be responsible for efficiently and safely obtaining urine samples from patients for the purpose of laboratory testing. In this role you will be required to conduct observed and / or supervised specimen collections. Observed Collections are those requiring observation of patient providing sample either by direct vision, through a mirror, or through a camera. Supervised collects are those requiring supervision of patient providing sample by being in the same vicinity as the patient.
