Brief Job Description

A ServiceTechnician is an integral part of the customer experience after their initialinstallation. Service Technicians travel to our customers homes in a company-provided vehicle to inspect and service preexisting equipment installed by Crawl Space Ninja or by competitors. The Service Technician drives sales from existingcustomers by recommending additional floor support repair, crawlspaceencapsulation, basement waterproofing, and other services and upgrades. Crawl Space Ninja provides qualified, high-quality warm sales lead appointments.

Job Responsibilities :

• Attending appointments scheduled by a Customer Care Representative.
• Appointments are scheduled based on your availability.
• Travel to a customers home on a pre-set appointment using a companyvehicle.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and professionally representCrawl Space Ninja.
• Recommends additional products and services to enhance or improve the original installation or remedy a potential issue by following the sales process.
• Perform yearly maintenance visits and examine work previously completed.
• Perform reactive service appointments, diagnose, and fix any issues.
• Install the additional products purchased by the customer as necessary.
• Adhere to safety / health regulations and procedures when carrying outconstruction operations.
• Examines work done by the company and determines potential warranty ornon-warranty work.
• Communicate the status of each job (completions and complications) andsubmit all necessary documentation to the Service Manager / Job coordinator.

Must be able to : Pass a drug test.

Pass a nationwide background check.

Have a valid drivers license.

Have a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
