In this vital role, you will adopt a client-centered approach to improve Medicaid reimbursement processes for our Education clients. You will engage with stakeholders and optimize programs, ensuring our clients receive maximum benefits. This position allows for remote work, and candidates must be based in the Mid-Atlantic region, with occasional travel to support team initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a diverse client portfolio and cultivate strong relationships with state agencies and partners.
  • Stay informed of federal, state, and local Medicaid School-Based program policies to enhance your expertise.
  • Utilize effective communication and management tools to provide outstanding support to clients.
  • Focus on continuous improvement throughout client engagement, from implementation to program expansion.
  • Establish partnerships that promote client loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Maintain rigorous project and change management standards.
  • Clearly communicate contract and project deliverables to clients, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Gather and share client feedback to adapt and respond to evolving needs.
  • Proactively assess current processes to identify gaps and implement improvements.
  • Required Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong collaboration abilities with a commitment to relationship building.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with sound judgment for escalation.
  • Data analysis proficiency, particularly in identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Professional maturity that emphasizes the interests of both clients and PCG.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • History of delivering high-quality results for clients.
  • Must reside in the Mid-Atlantic region of the U.S.
  • Working Conditions :

  • Remote office setting, with occasional travel required (up to 25%).
  • At PCG, we are dedicated to providing our employees with a supportive work environment. You will need to be available during designated working hours and maintain a safe and distraction-free workspace.

    Compensation :

    The salary range for this role is $66,600 - $105,000, depending on various factors, including experience and skill set. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
