Technical Denials Specialist

A company is looking for a Specialist Technical Denial.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, resolve, monitor, and report non-clinical denials

Perform extensive follow-up and complete appeals for denied accounts

Document actions taken and report issues and trends to management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associates degree or High School Diploma with Certified Revenue Cycle Representative and 3 years of related experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of insurance regulations, payment guidelines, and third-party claim filing

Extensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Understanding of organizational policies and procedures
