The Director, Virtual Care Center is responsible for leading the strategic development, operational execution, and continuous improvement of Alignment Healthcare's Virtual Care Center. This role ensures delivery of high-quality, patient-centered virtual care services that align with organizational goals for access, efficiency, and clinical outcomes. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, leverage technology, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement the Virtual Care Center strategy to enhance patient access and experience.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and resource allocation for virtual care services.
• Drive performance metrics related to patient satisfaction, clinical quality, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with IT and clinical leadership to optimize telehealth platforms and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, privacy, and security requirements for virtual care delivery.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting, and cost control for the Virtual Care Center.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to support virtual care initiatives.
• Collaborate with providers, care teams, and leadership to integrate virtual care into broader clinical programs.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

Oversees assigned staff. Responsibilities include : recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; assigning workload; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; and coaching, counseling, and performance management.

Pay Range : $98,550.00 - $147,825.00

Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
