Job Summary
Provides office support in the Counseling Department. Duties include but are not limited to: providing excellent customer service via telephone, in person, and virtually, maintaining student/client confidentiality; scheduling and checking in appointments, determining needs and directing students; data entry, word processing;
searching for and downloading/emailing career assessments, filing, making copies, and distributing mail. Other projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Calendar, Google Docs
Ability to maintain a courteous, friendly manner when working with students and staff virtually, on the phone, or in person; demonstrates patience and excellent customer service skills
Ability to maintain client confidentiality
Ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining attention to details
Ability to work with a diverse population
Ability to keep a work schedule
Ability to present yourself in a professional manner
