Job Type:
Full-Time | Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM
No weekends required enjoy your weekends off!

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $50 - $55 per hour (with the potential to earn significantly more based on monthly production bonuses)
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• PTO: 2 weeks of paid time off to help you recharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care through routine dental cleanings, exams, and patient education.
• Deliver high-quality, detailed care in all procedures, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and patient safety.
• Collaborate with the doctor, dental assistants, and patient care coordinator to ensure seamless practice flow.
• Help manage patient scheduling and follow-up to keep hygiene appointments booked and patients satisfied.
• Foster a positive, friendly, and supportive practice culture, ensuring patient retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Valid North Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Previous experience in a fast-paced dental office preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong rapport with patients
• Team-oriented and proactive, with a passion for patient care
