Copper State Bolt & Nut Co is seeking a Material Handler / Stocking Associate. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently stocking all products throughout the warehouse. This role focuses primarily on product movement, replenishment, and organization to ensure inventory is readily available for order fulfillment and production needs. The ideal candidate has strong forklift experience, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining a well-organized warehouse.
Key Responsibilities :
- Stock and replenish fastener products in assigned warehouse locations.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move pallets and product.
- Break down pallets and distribute product to proper bin and rack locations.
- Ensure product is stocked according to location labels and inventory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate product placement to support picking and inventory accuracy.
- Assist with unloading inbound shipments and moving product to stocking areas.
- Keep aisles, racks, and stocking areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged product, or unsafe conditions to supervision.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Required Qualifications :
Proven forklift experience (certification preferred or ability to become certified).Prior warehouse or material handling experience, preferably in fasteners or industrial distribution.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow location and stocking procedures.Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with small parts, fasteners, or high-SKU inventory environments.Familiarity with warehouse location systems and basic inventory practices.Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).Physical Requirements :
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.Ability to operate forklift and pallet jacks for extended periods.Ability to work in non-climate-controlled warehouse conditions (as applicable).Shift : M- F, 7am - 4pm
