Building Structural Engineer

We are seeking experienced Structural Engineers to join our Structural / Marine Group in our Baltimore, MD office.

Come join our collaborative team of engineers and architects on a variety of challenging projects, including buildings, industrial facilities, mission critical / secure facilities, water / wastewater plants, and waterfront facilities. WRA has a strong mentoring culture and a focus on staff development.

Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building types and materials. Conduct field investigations, develop concept designs, and create construction documents for clients across a broad range of markets, including Federal / Local Government, Industrial, and Manufacturing.

Requirements :

• 5-10 years of structural design experience
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with Structural Concentration from an ABET accredited program.
• Experience with structural design and analysis software (RISA, STAAD, etc.)
• Experience with drafting and modeling software (Revit and AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, etc.)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
