Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the quality improvement program and support staff in daily functions
Review and analyze reports and data to ensure compliance with government program requirements
Collaborate with departments to resolve complaints and monitor costs while participating in budget preparation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of clinical, quality management, or healthcare-related experience
1 year of recent quality improvement and supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
Current state registered nursing license preferred
Certification in quality improvement or risk management may be required in certain states
