Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is required; 5+ years of experience in an AMLAW 100 firm or premier litigation boutique.

Our client is seeking a Litigation paralegal for their Miami office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, including trial experience.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with drafting documents;
- Preparing and filing documents via Lexis File and Serve;
- E-Filing;
- Organizing and maintaining case files electronically;
- Creating and maintaining checklists, calendars and timetables for cases and effecting distributions to team members and outside counsel;
- Trial preparation and support;
- Drafting and filing various legal documents.
