A company is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to support their sales operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage customer quotes and create purchase orders

Process invoices and coordinate shipment timelines and customer deliveries

Maintain accurate records and collaborate with sales, operations, and fulfillment teams

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or order management

Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite

Familiarity with quoting tools, invoicing processes, and logistics coordination

Background in hardware, IT, or manufacturing industries

Understanding of supply chain and fulfillment processes
