We partner with leading real estate brokerages, agents, lenders, and national title companies to deliver efficient, borrower-convenient closings across the state, while maintaining strict compliance with Georgia’s attorney-supervision and disbursement requirements.
We are actively expanding our roster and seeking licensed Georgia attorneys to serve as Contract Closing Attorneys for residential and commercial real estate closings.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct real estate closings at borrower-preferred locations within your selected counties
- Contact borrowers the same day a closing order is received to confirm acknowledgment and scheduling
- Review all closing instructions, loan documents, and settlement statements prior to appointments
- Ensure full compliance with Georgia’s attorney-closing, notarization, witness, and certified-funds requirements
- Verify borrower identification and closing conditions
- Ensure accurate execution, notarization, and witnessing of all documents
- Ship original wet-signed packages same or next business day via traceable carrier; provide scan-backs when requested
- Maintain confidentiality and protect all client information
- Submit invoices in accordance with firm guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Georgia Bar license in good standing (required)
- Real estate closing experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to travel within your selected counties
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and excellent client-service skills
- Access to notary services and ability to manage closing supplies/equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Laptop/tablet and portable printer/scanner strongly preferred
Training & Support
Attorneys with limited or no closing experience will receive:
- One-on-one training
- Shadowing opportunities with experienced closers
- Ongoing mentorship and support until fully confident
