Summary
Brain Trust Agents operate as an ELITE team at the hub of sales, customer and retail support for ERIK'S and our affiliates. Associates service customers & staff at retail stores, shoperiks and shredshop, staff via chat, email, phone at our new Brain Trust Headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Agents are expected to be a driving sales and knowledge force in every area of our business while consistently curating and fostering experiences that not only meet but normally exceed expectations of both customers and, our staff.
