PrideStaff Financial is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable to join an established team and make an immediate impact by collecting payments! The Client offers benefits including : medical, PTO and 401k

Job Description

• Verify and post accounts receivable transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records
• Assist in generating monthly billing statements
• Create and submit invoices to customers
• Identify delinquent accounts
• Collect payments from customers and record transactions in the system
• Prepare and submit bank deposits
• Maintain database and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Basic understanding of common Accounting software

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $25.00 - $27.00 Per Hour
