We are seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Western this role you will be a key player in our shipping and receiving department responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move stack and retrieve materials.
  • Load and unload trucks ensuring accuracy and proper handling of all items.
  • Perform daily safety checks on the forklift and report any maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.

  • Compensation : Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location (Northampton MA) specific job duties and certifications.

  • Prior experience as a forklift operator.
  • Valid forklift certification is a plus.
  • Must be reliable punctual and a team player.
