License : Active state RN license Certifications : BLS, NIHSS Must-Have : - Previous charge experience preferred - Experience with a patient ratio of 6 - Charting system experience preferred Description : We are seeking a skilled RN for a night shift position in an MS / Tele-Ortho / Spine unit. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in an ortho / spine setting. Candidates must have a strong background in orthopedic patient care. Patient diagnoses include joint replacement, fracture repair, and spinal surgeries. Special equipment utilized includes IV pumps, PCA, Bucks traction, overbed trapeze, SCDs, foot pumps, Hoyer lift, Sara Stedy, and walkers. Daily patient census is approximately 26, with a unit capacity of 26 beds. The position will require floating within the facility. Satisfactory references are required from recent employers. Candidates should be comfortable with floating and have no restrictions or special requests. Travelers must be away for a minimum of 6 months from the facility before returning. Candidates cannot be local (under 50 miles from the facility).
