Material Analyst III
Collins Aerospace is seeking a dedicated Material Analyst III to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the cycle count program, inventory accuracy, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. This position operates in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical. You will collaborate across departments, ensuring alignment between work orders, inventory, and material shortages. Your contributions will support a seamless workflow and compliance with company standards. What You Will Do :
- Design and refine inventory control processes by identifying data discrepancies, monitoring accuracy trends, and resolving errors across multiple work centers.
- Document and standardize procedures by developing and maintaining clear, effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support inventory workflows.
- Deliver meaningful insights through weekly inventory health reports that highlight key metrics and inform strategic decision-making.
- Drive collaboration and problem-solving by partnering with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for inventory issues.
- Manage end-to-end inventory reconciliation within SAP, ensuring data integrity across all systems.
- Champion compliance by upholding and enforcing company inventory management policies and standards.
- Troubleshoot proactivelyidentify potential inventory issues, resolve them efficiently, and provide timely updates to leadership.
- Own the cycle count program, conducting data analysis to improve accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.
Qualifications You Must Have :
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational / technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experienceQualifications We Prefer :
